Preemie Moms Rock was started by two friends who had each experienced being a NICU parent. The ladies realized that often parents struggle to take care of themselves when they are so focused on their preemie. So, they started this 501(c)(3) where each sale helps to provide healthy meals and in-person parent-to-parent support to Moms and families with babies currently in the NICU. “Our NICU Journey Journal” is not actually for sale (yet!) and is a little different from our usual “Gifts that Give Back” category, but we love it nonetheless. This beautiful journal just wrapped up a successful Kickstarter campaign and will be for sale September 2017. While it’s not a Giving Back Gift financially, we love how it would be a wonderful gift for parents of a premature baby and felt it should be included for its sentimentality.
