Are you the parent or teacher of a quiet teen?

Introducing the Soaring Leadership Program.

Helping quiet teens amplify their voice and skyrocket their confidence, all while building up irresistible leadership experience for their college or job applications.

How is the Soaring Leadership Program different?

Leadership opportunities tend to be built for more outgoing students. We thought it was time for a change.

Leadership can be done quietly and still have lasting impact. And it’s time for quietness to be seen as a strength, especially by those students who might struggle to raise their hands in class or prefer to avoid big crowds.

How does it work?

This isn’t a one-size fits all program. It’s completely customized to your teen.

The program guides your teen through the process of choosing a cause they care about and developing and executing a campaign to create real world impact. And throughout the entire process, there’s a focus on mindset, strategy, communications, and more.

In the end, your teen walks away with a resumé or portfolio piece that is authentic, impactful, and unique. They also have a potential subject for college essays or interviews, an experience for mitzvah or scout projects, and a new category of scholarship opportunities.

Why focus on social impact?

By focusing on a cause, your teen can choose to be in or out of the spotlight as much (or as little) as they’d like.

In addition, many of our youth have been experiencing anxiety or concern around big issues like climate change, gun control, and LGBTQ+ rights. By taking action to help these causes, your teen can feel empowered instead of helpless and heard instead of voiceless. Since many of them are still too young to vote, this can be a powerful experience.

Is this right for my teen?

Let’s be clear, your teen isn’t lacking potential because they’re quiet.

It’s that they haven’t discovered how to turn that quietness into a strength that allows them to confidently lead and fully step into who they are meant to be. If you’re worried that your teen is lacking the opportunities to showcase their strengths in a way that aligns with who they truly are, then you are in the right place.
