For today’s Self Care Sunday we are focusing on gratitude. Even when we’re feeling stressed or things are falling down around us, it’s still possible to find something to be grateful for. And the more gratitude we feel, the better we feel. And the better we feel, the more energy we have to give back. So, even if you only have a few minutes, take that precious time and write a gratitude list. It can be a short list of just a couple things or a longer one if you have the time. After you write it, be sure to read it again and really let yourself *feel* the gratitude for everything on your list. This is a great daily practice, but even if it’s just for one day, give it a try!  #gratitude #givingback
