Empowering Quiet Changemakers to take the lead for the causes they care about.
Building a community of quiet changemakers who aspire to lead meaningful campaigns for change without the pressure of standing in the spotlight.

What is a Quiet Changemaker?
Not everyone gravitates towards the spotlight or is the first to reach for the megaphone.
But that doesn’t mean that we don’t have something to say or changes that we want to help bring to life in our communities.
The Giving Back Society was founded by an introvert, and is dedicated to helping other quiet members of society to step into their full potential and find the confidence to lead in a way that aligns with who they are.
Join us as we quietly create the change that we want to see in the world.
How does it work?
Our SOARING Leadership Method is a unique approach.
Because we focus on social impact leadership, you can choose to be in or out of the spotlight as much or as little as you’d like, while still creating real world impact for your cause.
This makes leadership something we can all feel comfortable doing.

From an expanded social circle to an authentic subject for college essays, these benefits make your efforts more sustainable.

Why does leadership matter?
No one wants to feel helpless. And that’s easy to do when facing today’s problems.
But, it doesn’t have to be this way. We can quietly step in to help those causes we care about and realize our full power to create change. We can realize that we are the leaders we have been waiting for.
In addition, leadership is one of the most desired skills on college and job applications. So, if we can use our quietness for good, and benefit our careers, then that’s a win-win.

Hi, I’m Karen,
I’m an introvert who used to struggle with raising my hand in class. But, today, I have built a successful career where I have been able to capitalize on my quieter strengths to become a leader with my own business and an impactful career.
As a social impact project manager with 20 years of marketing experience, numerous roles in the nonprofit realm, and years teaching as adjunct faculty, I have developed a way to help quiet people level up their leadership and gain the confidence to step into their full potential.
